Chocolate Orange Crepes


2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

3 cups almond milk

2tbsp vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

A dash of nutmeg

1/4 tsp of cinnamon

1 orange’s zest

1/4 cup of orange juice


  • Combine, let to sit for 5 minutes
  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat, prepare the pan with a few drops of oil
  • Add 4-5 tbsp (a medium ladle) of batter and smooth over pan thinly
  • Cook both sides for 30-40 seconds, or until surface bubbles over, similar to making pancakes
  • Serve with homemade dark chocolate, homeMade Nutella, or topping of choice
  • Makes:9-15 crepes depending on size -Serves 3 (3/person)
